There are plenty of purity rings out there for boys and girls alike, but having a son that isn’t interested in wearing a ring, I began searching for alternative options for him. I settled on a watch, knowing he would wear this often with pride. I knew what I wanted, but to my surprise there was no such thing for boys out there. So I took to designing it myself. After designing and purchasing a logo, it became apparent that I could meet a need for others in the same circumstances as I was in. My husband and I prayerfully considered what kind of a commitment we wanted him to make and incorporating scriptures based on “timing,” we came up with a purity certificate to go with the watch.
